Price for 6-8 people, larger groups are charged $20 p/p for bedding.up to 12 people. Beautiful classic mountaintop house overlooking Aguadilla Bay. Stunning ocean view & swimming pool. Security Cameras on property and very quite neighborhood. Approx. 1 1/2 acres fenced property. Great security and peaceful. 15 minutes from Rincon Beaches & 16 min. #2 hwy. : We can have basic foods or snacks for your arrival if (solicited) before arrival. Included Towels, sheets soap for 3 days.
The space
4BR & 3 1/2 baths, 180 degree ocean view. 15 minutes to the beach on the west side of Puerto Rico, near Rincon, PR. Pool, remodeled kitchen, and breathtaking views from each bedroom on a two acre estate.
Guest access
The clients will be met by the property manager and shown the property and turn over the beeper and keys with payment of deposits.

Owner's Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.
